Rav Shaya Cohen founded the Priority-1 organization in 1987 to address educational challenges that arise in the Jewish community, and he has been the Rosh HaYeshiva of Yeshiva Zichron Aryeh and Kollel Ner Yehoshua since 1992. Rav Cohen used his 30+ years of experience dealing with students from across the spectrum of the Yeshiva system to establish Teach to Reach - an initiative that prevents and addresses challenges faced in the Yeshiva system. Its workshops and resources have guided thousands of educators and parents to inspire their children to a lifelong love of Torah and Yiddishkeit.
